Orders are paid in cash on delivery. We do not collect card details and do not require online prepayment through this website. Any delivery fee and the final order total are shown or confirmed before fulfilment.
We deliver to supported European destinations, with exact per-country rates and delivery windows shown before you confirm your order - see the full breakdown on Shipping & Delivery. Free shipping applies to orders of €70 or more. The shipping cost for your destination is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order - never after.

We use this information to take steps requested by you, fulfil orders, provide customer support, handle returns, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
